LOCATION PROTOCOL MANHATTAN OFFICE LOCATION

Is There a Buyers of NYC Office in Queens?

The current safe-default website should say no: the published office is in Manhattan. This page exists to help Queens customers understand what the team may consider, how to prepare an item or collection and how to plan a trip to the Diamond District. It should not create a Queens map pin, address, phone number or local business profile.

Keeping the location language precise helps customers know where the evaluation takes place and prevents conflicting directions, hours and contact information. Before leaving, confirm the current address, hours and appointment status on the Contact page.

F • E 6TH & 5TH AVES

Using the F or E From Queens

The F serves 47-50 Sts-Rockefeller Center, with station entrances along Sixth Avenue at West 47th, 48th, 49th and 50th Streets. That station places a customer near the western end of the Diamond District block. Current service patterns can differ by weekday, weekend and late night, so check the current F line map and service alerts before travel.

The E serves 5 Av/53 St from Queens. From that area, customers can walk south toward West 47th Street or choose another current connection. Do not rely on a static route description when service work, platform access or elevator availability matters.

7 • N • W FLUSHING & ASTORIA

Using the 7, N or W

The 7 connects Flushing, Jackson Heights, Woodside, Sunnyside, Long Island City and other Queens communities with Midtown. Depending on the customer’s preferred arrival, the 5 Av station near Bryant Park or Grand Central area may be useful, followed by a walk or transfer toward West 47th Street.

The N and W serve the Astoria corridor and Queensboro Plaza. In Manhattan, 49 St has entrances around West 47th and 49th Streets at Seventh Avenue. From there, continue east toward Sixth Avenue and the Diamond District. Service and accessibility differ by direction and time, so check current MTA information.

LIRR LONG ISLAND RAIL ROAD

Using the Long Island Rail Road

The Long Island Rail Road serves many Queens stations and terminates at both Grand Central Madison and Penn Station on applicable trains. Grand Central Madison has a street entrance at 383 Madison Avenue on East 47th Street. From that entrance, continue west along 47th Street toward Fifth and Sixth Avenues.

Verify the train’s Manhattan terminal before boarding, because not every train follows the same destination or schedule.

VEHICLE TRAVEL

Driving From Queens

Drivers should confirm current traffic, toll, curb and garage conditions before leaving. The office is on West 47th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues. The website should not promise parking availability, validated parking, a loading area or a specific garage. Do not leave jewelry, watches, coins, bullion or documents unattended in a vehicle.

ACCESSIBILITY

Accessible Travel and Accommodations

The MTA currently lists 47-50 Sts-Rockefeller Center as an accessible subway station, but elevator and escalator status can change. Check the MTA accessible-station and elevator-status tools before travel. Station accessibility does not by itself confirm every building-entry condition at W07. Customers who need step-free access, additional time or another accommodation should call before traveling so the team can explain current procedures.

Step-by-Step Guidance

How the Purchase Evaluation Works

Our transparent 5-stage evaluation protocol is conducted in-person at our Manhattan Diamond District office with complete clarity and zero obligation to sell.

Step 01

Request an evaluation or plan a visit

Call 646-400-4553, use the secure form or visit during published hours. Appointments are preferred, and walk-ins are currently welcomed during regular hours.

Step 02

Bring the item as found

Avoid unnecessary cleaning, polishing, coin cleaning, watch servicing, stone removal, repairs or packaging changes. Keep loose components, matched pieces and supporting records together.

Step 03

The team reviews the complete item

The review may consider identity, materials, gemstones, brand or maker, condition, completeness, documentation, current demand and whether the item has complete-piece, collector, bullion, component or recoverable-material potential.

Step 04

The team may present an offer

When Buyers of NYC wishes to purchase an eligible item, the team may explain the principal factors behind an offer. A prior receipt, insurance appraisal or online estimate does not establish a current purchase offer.

Step 05

Accept or decline

There is no obligation to sell. Identification, ownership, recordkeeping and payment procedures apply when a transaction is completed.

Transporting a Large or High-Value Collection

Important planning and security recommendations when traveling from Queens with substantial holdings.

Advance Planning Call

Call before bringing multiple boxes, heavy bullion, a watch collection, an estate jewelry group or another substantial holding. The team can confirm current hours, discuss how to organize the items and reserve appropriate review time.

Discreet Transport Protocol

Use a discreet container, keep an inventory separate from the valuables and avoid discussing storage locations or full serial numbers through an ordinary web form.

In-Person Policy Clarity

Do not publish or assume that a home visit, pickup, armored transport or mail-in option is available unless the owner confirms the service and its procedures.

What Should Not Be Uploaded?

Do not upload government identification, Social Security numbers, bank information, wills, trusts, court orders, complete watch serial numbers, complete laboratory-report numbers, storage locations, access codes or unrestricted ownership records through a general marketing form. Limited item photographs and masked identifiers may be used only when the website’s secure upload and privacy controls are active.
